1. Small size and light weight: Use lightweight raw materials as much as possible to compress the space and weight of the instrument, greatly reducing its volume and weight, making it easy to transport and carry.
2. HD-4357 measures the length of the line segment and can detect leakage points up to 5 meters high, with a large range of movement.
3. High sensitivity: Optimized design is adopted in the circuit to reduce noise and electromagnetic interference, thereby improving sensitivity.
4. Wide measurement range, multi level switching: The instrument can detect the leakage amount of SF6 within the leakage rate range of SF6 switchgear, and can switch between multiple levels, providing standard curves for each level and enabling quantitative and qualitative leak detection.
Debugging steps for fully automatic micro moisture analyzer:
1. After opening the box, check if the accessories of the fully automatic micro moisture analyzer are complete.
2. Install and tighten the fixed electrolytic cell clamp onto the host.
3. Carefully remove the electrolytic cell of the fully automatic micro moisture analyzer from the calcium plastic box, remove the 2 electrodes, drying tube (embedded in the calcium plastic box), injection plug, and electrolytic cell bottle stopper, and apply a small amount of vacuum grease or Vaseline to all grinding points for later use.
4. The silicone rubber pad in the middle of the injection plug has been installed. When inserting the injection needle for the first time, it is difficult to insert it. You can use a hard needle to repeatedly insert it a few times, or loosen the injection plug slightly.
5. Open the electrolyte bottle of the fully automatic micro moisture analyzer and pour the electrolyte above the scale line below the bottle. Pour the electrolyte into the electrolytic electrode (with a mesh) about 2 centimeters high and place it in the position of the cell bottle. Place the white stirring rod into the electrolytic cell solution for easy storage. The fresh electrolyte appears black, and the darker the color, the fresher the electrolyte.
6. Place the measuring electrode, drying tube, bottle stopper, and injection plug in the corresponding positions of the vial. Place the assembled electrolytic cell on the host and avoid contact with water throughout the entire operation process.
7. Insert the electrolytic electrode plug into the electrolytic socket of the host, and insert the measuring electrode plug into the measuring socket of the host. After aligning the electrolytic cell, insert the left side into the left side and the right side into the right side.
8. Turn on the power switch behind the host, turn on the electrolysis switch on the host panel, and turn on the mixing switch. Adjust the stirring speed adjustment knob to create a small vortex like liquid level. The speed should not be too fast, as excessive agitation can damage the electrode.
9. Use a 50 microliter sampler to draw 10 microliters of water and insert it through the injection plug, then insert the needle below the liquid level. Attention: It may be tight for the first time, so you can hold it with your hand and not let the needle bend. Repeat this several times by using a 50 microliter sampler to draw 10 microliters of water through the injection plug and inject it into the electrolyte. After each injection, observe the color change with a 10 second interval. When the color turns brownish red, reduce the injection volume to 1 microliter of water. Similarly, every time you enter, there should be a 10 second interval to observe the color change. When the color turns light yellow, the green light will turn on and start counting, stopping the water from entering.
10. The newly balanced electrolyte has a yellow bottle and a dark color inside the electrolysis electrode, which naturally turns light yellow after a few hours. It doesn't matter if the liquid level of the electrolytic electrode and the tank bottle are not the same, they will automatically become the same level after a few hours of normal use.
11. When the fully automatic micro moisture analyzer reaches the endpoint, stops counting, the endpoint light is on, and the buzzer sounds, the electrolyte equilibrium point is found and normal sample measurement can be performed. Before measuring the sample normally, in order to ensure the normal and accurate operation of the instrument, electrolytic cell, and electrolyte system, a 0.5 microliter needle is injected into pure water for calibration. A 0.5 microliter sampler is used to inject 0.1 microliter of water to observe the accuracy of the measuring instrument. If it displays between 90-110 micrograms, it indicates that the instrument is normal and can be used normally.
Daily maintenance:
1、 Placement location
1. Place it in a dark place with an indoor temperature between 5 ℃ and 35 ℃.
2. Do not install the product in environments with high humidity and significant power fluctuations.
3. Do not operate the fully automatic micro moisture analyzer in an environment with corrosive gases.
2、 Dry silicone replacement
When the silicone of the drying tube changes from blue to light blue, it should be replaced with a new silicone. Do not fill the silicone powder during replacement, otherwise it will cause the electrolytic cell to be unable to exhaust and terminate the electrolysis.
3、 Replacement of silicone pad
Long term use of the silicone pad at the sample injection port will cause the pinhole to become non shrink, allowing moisture from the atmosphere to enter and affect the measurement. It should be replaced in a timely manner.
4、 Maintenance of electrolytic cell grinding mouth
Rotate the grinding mouth of the electrolytic cell every 7-8 days. If it cannot be easily rotated, apply a thin layer of vacuum grease and reinstall it. Otherwise, the fully automatic micro moisture analyzer will be difficult to remove after prolonged use.
